Aranya means “forest” in Sanskrit. We chose it for the old trees that shade Chennai’s best streets, and for the idea that a home should feel rooted.
Started with a simple frustration.
After many years advising families in central Chennai, our founder Meera Iyer kept seeing the same thing: good homes presented badly, buyers rushed into decisions, and sellers left guessing about what was happening and why.
Aranya is her answer. We work with fewer homes and fewer clients, so we can give each one proper attention. We describe homes honestly, price them carefully, and explain every step of the process in plain language.
Today we are a small team of advisors covering central Chennai, the southern neighbourhoods and the East Coast Road, with a seller programme that looks after every detail from pricing study to final signature.
